Sunflower Microgreens

Sunflower microgreens are loved for their thick crunchy texture, hearty bite, and mildly nutty flavor. Harvested fresh at Hidden Lake Farm in Bartonville, TX and delivered weekly. Larger and more substantial than many other microgreens, they add a satisfying crunch to salads, wraps, sandwiches, grain bowls, and snack plates. Grown indoors in small batches.

Nutritional highlights include being an excellent source of vitamin E, containing healthy fats, protein, and fiber, and rich in zinc, selenium, and magnesium.
