How Deliveries Work

Q: Where do you deliver?

We deliver within approximately a 15-mile radius of Hidden Lake Farm in Bartonville, TX — including Bartonville, Flower Mound, Argyle, Double Oak, Lantana, Highland Village, Northlake, Trophy Club, Roanoke, Keller, Southlake, Westlake, Copper Canyon, Corinth, Lake Dallas, Shady Shores, Denton, and Colleyville. Q: When do you deliver?

We deliver every Friday — timed so your microgreens arrive fresh for weekend meals, cookouts, and family gatherings.

Q: How does the delivery exchange work?

We use a simple closed-loop weekly exchange system. Each customer receives an insulated delivery bag and a reusable cold pack. On delivery day, fresh microgreens arrive in a clean insulated bag with a frozen cold pack. The night before or morning of delivery, simply place your empty bag and used cold pack at your designated drop-off spot — we'll swap it out on the way through. Reusable containers are available on request.

Q: What does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders of $20 or more. Orders under $20 include a $5 delivery fee, applied automatically at checkout.

Q: How do subscriptions work?

Subscription orders deliver every Friday on your chosen plan — weekly or bi-weekly — so you always have fresh microgreens without needing to reorder.

Q: When will my one-time or sample order arrive?

All orders — including free samples and single-purchase orders — are routed into our regular Friday delivery schedule. There is no separate delivery day for one-time orders.
