Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products — fresh-cut microgreens delivered same-day and requiring cold storage — we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
The only exception is in the case of a missed delivery caused by Bartonville Microgreens. If we fail to deliver your order as scheduled, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery date to report a missed delivery.
We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.
