Hidden Lake Farm is operated by Josh Mims. By using our online store, you agree to the following terms.

Online Store Terms

By using our site, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.

Products & Availability

We sell fresh, perishable microgreens. Product availability may vary and substitutions are possible.

Subscriptions

We offer weekly subscriptions (15% off) and bi-weekly subscriptions (10% off). Subscriptions auto-renew and can be managed through our subscription management system.

Pricing

All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

We offer local delivery only within a 15-mile radius of Hidden Lake Farm (Bartonville, TX). Delivery occurs every Friday. Free delivery on orders $20 or more; a $5 fee applies to orders under $20. Customers are responsible for providing an accessible, shaded drop-off location and refrigerating products promptly upon delivery.

Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of fresh-cut microgreens. The only exception is a missed delivery caused by Hidden Lake Farm — customers must contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement. We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery. Subscription cancellations must be handled through the subscription management system.

Our microgreens are intended for culinary use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Limitation of Liability

Hidden Lake Farm's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
